Service tax @ 15% will be charged additionally in the invoice value. For any additional duty beyond 8hrs, hourly rate proportionately will be fixed.
The above rates quoted are based on current wages, cost of materials and other expenses. If, there is a revision in the Minimum Wage the unit rates will be proportionately increased keeping in mind the actual wage increase along with increase in statutory liabilities or a 15 % increase will be made in every year in the above rates.
The above rates are all inclusive of all expenses towards PF & ESI contribution, substitutes for weekly leaves, holidays or any other absenteeism, benefits, bonus, gratuity etc. It also includes cost of uniforms for summer, monsoon and winter.
